Our organization operates under a strong governance and management framework designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective service delivery. The leadership structure is built to support strategic decision-making while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.

Board of Directors

At the highest level, the Board of Directors provides overall vision, policy direction, and strategic guidance. The board ensures that the organization remains aligned with its mission, values, and long-term objectives while maintaining accountability to stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Executive Board

The Executive Board is responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable plans. It oversees the implementation of programs, coordinates between departments, and ensures that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Senior Management Team

Our senior management team leads the core functional areas of the organization:

• Finance Senior Officer
  Oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Supported by the Accountant and Cashier to ensure accurate financial management.
• Program Senior Officer
  Leads program implementation across key sectors, including:
  • Health
  • Social Services
  • Agriculture
  • Education
• MEAL Manager (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)
  Ensures quality, transparency, and impact of programs through monitoring systems, data management, and learning processes. Supported by MEAL and MIS Officers.
• Operation Manager
  Manages operational functions to ensure smooth organizational performance, including:
  • Human Resources
  • Administration
  • Recruitment
  • Logistics

Internal Audit

An independent Internal Audit function is in place to ensure compliance, risk management, and transparency across all departments. This strengthens trust with donors, partners, and communities.
